In the first days of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the Management Board of FAMET S.A. decided to shelter Ukrainian refugees, including the families of Ukrainians employed in FAMET, who had to flee their homes as a result of the war.
For this purpose, a part of the worker hostel was prepared at the FAMET Production Plant No. 4 in Opole, where families, mainly women with children, totaling more than 60 people, have found safe shelter.
FAMET provides refugees with accommodation and meals in the canteen of the Production Plant No. 4 in Opole.
